I am Ryan Alexander Lee. I write, draw, color, and letter HESSYST myself.
I started it earnestly in 2018, though the world and its characters existed for some time before. Volume One is 148 pages, finished in 2022, and free to read here. Volume Two is underway. When it is done, both volumes come out as one book.
I draw for a living and think in pictures. At Riot Games I art-direct illustration for VALORANT. I have painted more than sixty Magic: The Gathering cards. This book is the work that is entirely mine. It gets made in the hours after that.
